PhlebX is seeking experienced Mobile Phlebotomists to join our growing team in the South Brooklyn, NY area. This role brings high-quality laboratory services directly to patients in their homes, supporting accurate diagnostics and exceptional patient care.
Our mobile phlebotomists use the PhlebX platform and portable printers for on-site barcode label printing—helping streamline workflow, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, professional care to patients of all ages
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood and non-blood specimens safely and accurately
- Confidently perform draws on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Process specimens as required (centrifuge, pipette, freeze, package, etc.)
- Transport specimens to partner laboratories or designated drop-off locations
- Manage daily assignments, routes, and documentation using the PhlebX platform
- Work independently while maintaining accuracy, safety, and professionalism
Requirements
- Valid NCPT phlebotomy certification (NCCT, NHA, or equivalent) — or MA credentials with phlebotomy certification
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience (required)
- Mobile phlebotomy experience preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance
- Comfortable performing venipuncture across all age groups
- Strong communication and patient service skills
