He is passionate about leveraging technology and innovative care delivery models to modernize diagnostic access and support the evolving needs of healthcare systems and payers.

Eugene brings over 20 years of experience in the development and management of mission critical real-time mobility systems, and is responsible for PhlebX system architecture and application development. His expertise includes deep knowledge of cyber security, network communication and IT integration technologies.

Jacob is an accomplished software development and project management executive with 30 years of experience in mobile workforce management technologies and applications. Jacob developed and implemented mobile-centric solutions across various industries and multiple international markets.

Anna is a highly professional phlebotomy operations manager with over 13 years of experience in the mobile phlebotomy space. During her career Anna has worked with multiple laboratories and provider organizations, using various IT systems and operation methodologies.

Sam brings over 25 years of pathology laboratory business development experience. He is a subject matter expert in laboratory workflows—from specimen collection to final diagnostic reporting. Sam is deeply committed to delivering red‑carpet service for patients and clinicians, ensuring the highest level of diagnostic care.

Entrepreneurially minded executive who aligns vision and mission to drive growth and expand market share for global healthcare and medical device corporations and startups. Offers expertise building, operationalizing and scaling high-performing sales and marketing capabilities, influencing technology and product development, aligning distribution channels and championing a customer-focused culture.
