Decades of doing the work

In-home diagnostics requires clinical judgment, operational discipline, technology infrastructure, workflow design, compliance, patient communication, laboratory understanding, and field execution. PhlebX’s leadership brings decades of experience across all of it — so partners know the company understands both the opportunity and the operational realities of care beyond the clinic.

Leadership

The people behind the model

Yogev Cohen AdNess

Co-Founder, President

More than three decades of international technology and business leadership, building and scaling companies in mobile technology, field-service management, and healthcare-enabled logistics. He guides PhlebX’s vision for a more connected diagnostic care model, and his mobile workforce technology background directly informs the company’s ability to coordinate distributed field teams and launch technology-enabled diagnostic programs with speed and operational control.

Yary Mordkovich

Chief Operating Officer

More than a decade across healthcare operations, diagnostics, laboratory services, digital health platforms, and strategic growth. His focus: turning complex diagnostic workflows into reliable, repeatable field operations — closing the last-mile gap between a diagnostic order and a completed patient visit, and ensuring PhlebX programs are fast to launch and easy to manage.

Eugene Ochakovsky

Chief Technology Officer

More than 20 years developing mission-critical, real-time mobility systems. He owns PhlebX’s system architecture, application development, cybersecurity approach, and integration readiness — ensuring PhlebX is not a dispatch service but a technology-enabled diagnostic operations platform with secure communication, field visibility, documentation, and sample tracking.

Jacob Nahum

VP, Software Development

30 years of software development and project management with deep expertise in mobile workforce-management technologies. He builds the systems that let PhlebX coordinate mobile phlebotomy and diagnostic field services with consistency, visibility, and operational control — technology built around the operational complexity of the field, not adapted from a generic scheduling tool.

Dave Palmisano

Senior Advisor, Strategic Partnerships

A background spanning healthcare partnerships, workforce pipelines, revenue cycle and compliance-related hospital services, and leadership in hospital administration and physician group development. He helps PhlebX speak the language of enterprise healthcare buyers who need operational credibility before launching a new care-delivery model.

Anna Litvinova

Operations Manager

More than 13 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, translating PhlebX’s technology and operations into safe, professional, patient-facing care. She supports the standards, training, field execution, and day-to-day quality behind a reliable mobile collection operation.

Sam Ruta

Consultant, Strategic Partnerships

More than 25 years of pathology laboratory business development and a deep understanding of lab workflows from specimen collection through final diagnostic reporting. He connects PhlebX’s capabilities to the needs of laboratory executives, pathology groups, and provider networks.

Brad Morrow

Consultant, Strategic Partnerships

More than 28 years of healthcare executive experience, including managed care contracting and relationship development across health systems, hospitals, large physician groups, and ACOs. He connects mobile diagnostics to the business realities of access, value-based care, quality performance, and care coordination.

James Powell, M.D.

Strategic Clinical Advisor

Board-certified Internal Medicine physician and healthcare strategist with more than a decade helping organizations design innovative models of care beyond traditional settings — population health, value-based care, virtual care, and chronic disease management. At PhlebX he provides strategic clinical guidance on quality, patient safety, care model design, provider engagement, and the responsible integration of in-home diagnostics.

The PhlebX Difference

Built for a category still emerging.

Healthcare organizations need partners who move quickly, think flexibly, operate compliantly, and co-create models around real-world needs. Our leadership combines healthcare operations, clinical care model insight, mobile workforce technology, laboratory workflow knowledge, strategic partnership development, field-service execution, and a patient-first service orientation.

The next stage of care delivery requires a physical diagnostic layer in the home
Why Now

The next stage of care delivery requires a physical diagnostic layer in the home

Now the opportunity is larger. Health systems, provider groups, FQHCs, IDNs, and virtual-care programs need a practical way to extend care into the home without building an entire mobile operation themselves. This is the next stage of care delivery — and we’re ready to build it with the partners who are ready to move.

Healthcare is moving beyond the walls of the clinic. Virtual care created new access points and revealed a major gap: many clinical actions still require someone to physically reach the patient.

PhlebX began with mobile specimen collection because it’s one of the clearest examples of care breaking down between provider intent and patient follow-through. Over time, we built the field infrastructure, digital workflows, compliance framework, and operational discipline to support diagnostic services in the home.
